Powdered Navy

I wanted to do a matte smokey eye using off white, soft brown and navy. I wanted to do a light smokey eye, not as heavy as I usually do. I also used lighter criss-cross lashes to focus on the eyeshadow a little more. Since the eyes aren't too heavy & went darker with the pink on the cheeks and a did a pink/purple lip.
